Style: Australian Rye Beer

Final Gravity: 1006

Alc. Vol: 4.7%

Pours a light yellow with a slight cloudiness due to suspended sediment. Grainy sweetness from the malted barley and rye. Fistfuls’ of Galaxy hops stuffed into the kettle and fermenters: citrus and passionfruit everywhere. Enough bitterness to make life interesting and a little dryness on the palate. Colour – Pale Straw.

Gibb River Rye







Style: English India Pale Ale

IBU: 60

Final Gravity: 1012

Alc. Vol: 6.4%

Brewed for the troops in British India - The beer was loaded with malt and hops to survive to long sea voyage. This is an original English version of the classic IPA. Big bitterness and roast malts flavours dominate this beer. Significant late and dry hopping make this a full and complex ale.  Colour – Copper.

Style: Seasonal Ale

Designed for those lazy Sundays on the hammock in the back yard. Lightly toasted malts and strong flavour hops bring a spicy finish to this thirst quenching ale. Colour – Pale Straw.

Sandstone Summer Ale







Style: Australian Wheat Beer

Final Gravity: 1008

Alc. Vol: 4.7%

Hop driven flavours combine with Australian grown wheat. Clean and refreshing with low overall bitterness combined with sour wheat malt make this beer something to be savoured. Colour – Pale Straw.

Great Eastern Wheat







Style: American Pale Ale

IBU: 35

Final Gravity: 1012

Alc. Vol: 5.2%

This classic New World style is big in every sense of the word. Measuring in at a hefty 35 IBU and an FG of 1012 the sweet malts are perfectly balanced by the American grown bittering hops.  Colour – Deep Amber.

Packhorse Pale Ale







Style: German Heffeweizen

IBU: 18

Final Gravity: 1006

Alc. Vol: 4.7%

This beer is fermented by a yeast sourced from a century old German brewery. Not for the feint hearted, this beer has notes of citrus, coriander, liquorice and toasted Pale Malts.

Hamelin Bay Heffeweizen







Style: Wee Heavy

IBU: 18

Final Gravity: 1012

Alc. Vol: 5.8%

During the early 19th century hops were limited in many brewhouses. This traditional highland ale is made with dark warming and toasted malts. Perfect brew for winters nights.
